Full Wedding Coordination and Destination Weddings 

Michael will personally assist you throughout the entire wedding planning process and will make sure every detail receives the attention it deserves.

Services include:

• Complimentary initial consultation
• Day-of wedding coordination services listed below
• Unlimited consultation via phone, email, or in person
• Assist with selection and coordinating all vendors
• Arrange all vendor appointments
• Review of venue and all vendor contracts
• Contract and pricing negotiation
• Assist with menu tasting and menu selection
• Create a timeline when vendors will be arriving, setting-up, providing their services, and departing
• Assist with ceremony and reception venue referrals
• View ceremony and reception venues with bride and groom
• Assist with locating and selecting bridal gown
• Assist in design of wedding themes, colors, and décor
• Creation and tracking of wedding budget and budget advice
• Assist with selecting, addressing, and mailing of invitations
• Reservation of hotel and blocking of rooms for bride and groom, bridal party, and out of town guests
• Assist with unique gift basket ideas for out of town guests
• Special attention given to bridal party and VIP guests
• Assist in planning and reservation of honeymoon
• Decorating of honeymoon suite
• Additional wedding assistants depending on the size of the wedding

Day-Of Wedding Coordination

Michael will be present for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception to ensure everything goes as planned.

Services include:

• Complimentary initial consultation
• Up to three meetings prior to the wedding
• Unlimited phone and email contact
• Available to answer any questions and give advice
• Create a schedule of events and distribute to vendors, family, and bridal party
• Assist in creation of reception seating chart
• Attend rehearsal and provide coordination and instruction (maximum of 2 hours)
• Attend and supervise the wedding ceremony and reception (maximum of 9 hours)
• Organize the wedding party, line them up, and cue them when it’s time to walk down the aisle
• Make sure the bride’s wedding dress and train are perfect before she walks down the aisle
• Make sure the ceremony musicians are cued appropriately to ensure proper pace and timing
• Assist photographer in gathering people for photos
• Assist DJ / MC in guiding guests through the reception’s schedule of events and ensuring there

                                             is a steady flow with no dead time

• Make sure all finishing touches are complete before guests enter the reception area
• Organize the grand entrance and line up everyone outside the reception area
• Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain, and catering staff to ensure timely

                                             dinner service

• Make sure everyone scheduled to give toasts or perform other special events during the reception

                                             are prepared and cued

• Monitor guest book and gift table
• Collect wedding gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, disposable cameras, etc., and bring everything

                                             to your honeymoon suite, designated room, or designated car

• Wedding emergency kit on hand

Hourly consultations can assist you in finding beautiful ceremony and reception venues, choosing the best vendors, selecting unique wedding favors, answering etiquette questions, and much more.

Full Event Coordination

Michael will bring to life what you envision as he assists you from start to finish. You can be involved as little or as much as you want in the process. Michael will create a timeline to keep the process on task, will assist you in choosing the best vendors, and will customize all services to meet your needs.

Event Director

You have done all the work and can now relax knowing Michael will be in charge of set-up, supervision, and clean-up on the day of your event.
